JC-8DThe fully automatic glial layer analyzer consists of four parts: a computer host, a printer, a glial layer furnace body, a controller, and an intelligent sensing robotic arm (core).
Functional features:
■The measurement and control of temperature, display and calculation of X-curve, and determination of glial layer thickness are all automatically completed by a computer, making it an intelligent fully automatic glial layer measurement instrument.
■The overall structure of the intelligent sensing robotic arm consists of pressure sensors, displacement sensors, stepper motors, high-strength probes, and mechanical transmission parts, which can simulate the automatic measurement of the upper and lower points of the glue layer thickness by human hands.
■The intelligent sensing robotic arm is fixed as a whole at the upper end of the column part of the original furnace body, without changing the original national design standards
■The intelligent sensing robotic arm can freely adjust its front, back, and up and down positions, accurately determining the position of the detection point.
■The intelligent sensing robotic arm is connected to a computer and can automatically measure at set time intervals or through manual instructions. It is convenient and flexible, greatly reducing the labor intensity of manual measurement and improving labor efficiency. Importantly, through the measurement of the mechanical sensing robotic arm, the measurement results are more scientific and accurate, eliminating human errors caused by different laboratory technicians.
■The design of the intelligent sensing robotic arm is seamlessly integrated with the original mechanical parts, resulting in a more compact structure. Previously, laboratory technicians had to endure high temperatures and smoke to complete an experiment. Now, with this device, laboratory technicians can sit in front of a computer and complete the entire experiment. The automatic measurement values of experimental temperature, X-displacement curve, and glial layer thickness can be controlled and displayed in real time on the computer screen.
■The experimental results are calculated using more scientific and advanced mathematical models, which can automatically analyze and plot the measured data into curves, and automatically calculate the maximum thickness of the glial layer - Y value. This technology is at the leading level in China.
■The experimental time can be effectively shortened. Through our scientific design, the entire experiment can be determined by the computer to determine the measurement points. As long as the accurate results are calculated, the experiment can be ended in advance, saving up to one-third of the time. The efficiency has been greatly improved.
